Lapimaal/Lapland

Käisin 2011.a. septembris Lapimaal. Samasugusel reisil osales ka sel sügisel üks mu tuttavatest. Tema pilte vaadates tekkis soov ka enda seal tehtud fotod üle vaadata.
Kui sinna läksin ei teadnud ma pildistamisest suurt midagi, ei tundnud isegi oma kaamerat korralikult. Pilditöötlusest rääkimata. Ka polnud käinud enne seda kordagi Eestis rabas pildistamas. Sellelt reisilt sain inspiratsiooni tõsisemalt pildistamisega tegelemiseks. Ja olen nüüd kaameraga käinud läbi kõik tähtsamad Eeestimaa rabad.
Täna teeksin ilmselt hoopis teissuguseid pilte. Loodan, et ka need pildid pakuvad huvi.

I went to Lapland in September 2011. One of my acquaintances also participated in a similar trip this fall. When I was looking at the photos taken there I got desire to look over the photos taken there by myself too.
When I went there I did not know much about taking pictures, did not recognize even my own camera properly. Image processing for mention. Also, I had never before taking pictures in the bog. On this trip, I got the inspiration to tackle seriously photographing. And I have now gone through all the major Estonian bogs with my camera.
Today, I would probably take rather different images. I hope that these images are of interest too.

Naissaarel seeni otsimas/ In Naissaare looking for mushrooms

21. septembril käisin Looduse Omnibussiga Naissaarel. Seekordseks teemaks olid seened.
Seekord käisime Naissaare põhjaraja metsades ja randades, kus õppisime tundma taimi ja seeni. Tutvusime ka Naissaare põhjaosa ajaloo ja endiste militaarobjektidega.
Retke juhendas botaanik ning hea seenetundja Tõnu Ploompuu.

On 21 September I went to Naissaarel with Nature's Omnibus . This time the theme was the mushrooms.
This time we went to the bottom of the track Naissaare forests and beaches, where we learned about the plants and mushrooms. We became familiar with the history of the northern part of the island of Naissaare and former military objects.
The tour was guided by a botanist and a good mushroom expert Tõnu Ploompuu.

Selle suve viimased õied/ Last flowers of this summer

Käisin eelmisel nädalavahetusel Tallinna Botaanikaaias. Suvise õitsemise rosaariumis magasin maha, sest kevad oli jahe ja rooside õitsemine viibis. Kui äkki soojaks läks, oli aga muudki teha. Nüüd sügisel jõudsin alles jõudsin vaatama. Pilt, mis avanes, oli tavapärasest huvitavam. Nägin viimaseid õisi. Osad õied veidi külmavõetud, nupud sellised, mis mitte kunagi ei avane, sest jõudu pole. Osad õied aga kuivanud. Sellistes õites on oma võlu. Loodan, et suudan selle ka Teieni tuua....

Last weekend I went to Tallinn Botanical Garden. During the summer flowering rosary slept off because of the cool spring delayed bloom and roses. When the weather suddenly went to warm up, however, was much else to do. Just now in the autumn I got time to have a look. Images that pop up there were unusually interesting. I saw the last blossoms. Flowers slightly frostbitten parts, buttons, such as never opening because they do not have enough force for that. Parts of flowers withered. Such flowers have their own charm. I hope that I am able to bring you all this ....
